It definitely felt like a cleanse. I took it before bed and I woke up in the morning feeling like my system was cleaned out. There’s no way to know if this was actually a colon cleanse, or if was even good for me. But I’ll tell you what, it got things moving in my digestive track.

I use this to help me lose weight and it does a good job. Over the last few years I've made big changes in my diet and now I am working to get rid of all that bad food I ate all my life from my gut. If you haven't done a cleanse, you should do one immediately.
