Weight loss is the inevitable outcome of a sprint – and our Sprinters often see incredible results at the end.
But the focus is always on unlearning bad habits and creating good ones that you can carry on after the sprint is over.

Your Instagram group will be your cheer squad throughout the challenge and you'll have 24/7 Instagram access to our medical team and your host, @sabbygetsfit.
100% Free
We could easily charge $300+ for this challenge but we don't. It's 100% free. All we want is to build a community of strong, like-minded women and if you choose to purchase one of our supplements to help speed the weight loss along, then great! But it's not required to participate in the challenge.

Learn all about the Burn Sprint
Why is this free?
We're a small company with a big mission – to help 10,000 moms heal their relationship with their bodies and lose fat for good. Our founder, Sabrine, is so passionate about this that she gives away her time to help moms do this because losing weight changed her life and she wants that for others too. We create revenue when you buy supplements from us that support your weight loss journey but we know that not everyone will need those supplements and that is 100% ok.
Who will be in my Instagram group?
We try to match you up with moms who are at a similar point in their journey. Just before the sprint starts, we'll send you a short quiz to understand where you are on your fitness journey so we can match you up with up to 10 others who are at a similar point to you. You will also have a host who will help you become comfortable with your group and help you all understand the challenges.
Speaking of challenges – what are they exactly?
That's a surprise! ;) Kidding. Each week your group will receive a small challenge that you will complete together and support each other through it. These challenges will be based on where you all are currently on your journey. For example, if your group generally doesn't exercise, one of the challenges may be a fitness related- challenge like "walk 30 mins a day this week". The challenges are tailored to your group!
Can I join future sprints?
Absolutely! In fact, most of our Sprinters become firm friends with their group and the group themselves decide to keep going with their weight loss efforts even after the sprint is done.
